Allergy Warning
We have cats and dogs but they never come in direct contact with the materials. Please let us know if you are allergic right away! We will clean your suit before shipment and maintain extra caution when working on your suit or plushie.
Quotes
Quotes are only valid for that particular opening. We do not offer quotes outside of official openings. Quotes are not a binding agreement, simply a price estimate. A payment has to be made for your commission to be official. A clear, flat colored, 2 view reference sheet is required for all quotes. The more complex the character, the higher the price. Check out our PRICING page to get a rough estimate.
Commissioning
You must be 16 or older to order a fursuit, if you are under 18 I need verified parent permission and they need to sign our terms of service as well.
You are ordering a unique, handmade piece of wearable art/huggable plushie. There can be flaws and imperfections. Only by paying your deposit are you officially in the queue. Orders are completed in the order that they are paid off (first paid, first finished). Late payments or smaller payments may change your spot in line. Character changes are allowed until we purchase materials. Depending on your changes, your quote may increase or decrease. After purchasing materials, absolutely no changes are permitted, so please be sure of your design! We will not
make any copyrighted characters, or replicate any previous fursuit designs.
Payments
All payments need to be in USD. A 50% NONREFUNDABLE deposit is required to secure your slot. Work is not started until you've completed payments if you choose to use our payment plan. If you want to utilize our payment plan, please let us know beforehand. A payment plan is available and requires the commissioner to pay 50% of the cost in full at the time of securing your slot. Once paid your remaining balance will be divided and can be paid in equal installments over the next 3-5 months. The monthly balance must be paid on time in order to see progress. Larger payments are OK. There will be agreed upon payment dates. Payments are made via PayPal invoices. If you have an emergency, please let me know as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation. We will not send off your suit till the payment and shipping is complete! After a year and a half we will sell the suit without your character rights and as a premade character.
Sizing + DTDs
We assume that all measurements and your DTD are accurate. We are not responsible for any loose or tight fitting due to your weight change. You may request, after you've received your suit, for an altercation. Any wrong measurements or poorly made DTDs will more than likely result in a poor fit. Hands and feet are one-size-fits-all.
You must send your DTD on time. Please tape your dummy up after cutting yourself out. Please have your name written on the chest, and have your tail spot and backside marked. If you need any help making your DTD, please email us for a helpful tutorial.
Work In Progress + Concepts
To keep the commission process streamlined, we will not send individual WIP photos unless requested. We frequently post WIPs publicly on our Twitter, Instagram and Telegram accounts. Fur swatches are available upon request. Please note that fur colors are VERY limited, but we will do our absolute best to match your character's colors. We will make a rough concept sketch of your character in our style if needed with the fur colors for your approval. The art will not be exact, and is more of a rough guide for us to follow, and to help us learn about the character before crafting your fursuit.
Shipping
Shipping is NOT included in your quote, and will be determined after the costume is close to completion. A final shipping invoice will be sent upon completion of your Fursuit or plushie. Prices can range from $35-200 in the US. All Fursuits and plushies are shipped via USPS with insurance and tracking. International shipping is available, but you will be responsible for extra
fees and customs.
Warranty + Repairs
All HVC Fursuits and plushies come with a 90-day warranty that covers our mistakes and handiwork. It does not cover normal wear and tear, as these costumes and plushies will NOT last forever with heavy wear and tear. However, with proper care and maintenance, they can be kept for many years. Customers must pay return shipping. Repairs beyond the 90 days are subject to fees. Please make sure the suit or plushie is CLEAN before sending it in for repairs. Any dirty items will be sent back to the commissioner immediately.
Refund/Cancellation Policy
We have the right to cancel at any time for any reason. The commissioner has the right to cancel their commission at any time. Reasons for cancellation include: two missed payments in a row, difficult email contact, hostile/rude/intimidating/sexual behavior, breaking terms of service, etc. Again, if a situation arises in your life that may affect the commission process, please let us know as soon as possible. We are happy to accommodate. Failure to communicate will be assumed as a form of avoiding payment, and your commission can be canceled. All payments will be made through Paypal. Refunds will be given depending on the amount of work invested into the project. If you cancel your order before we start on it, you can get a full refund. If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal charge-back. We will transfer the money back to you ourselves. If you request a Paypal charge-back at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund you will lose all before mentioned rights to the commissioned piece and we will have full rights to profit further from it in any way. We will decline the charge-back and supply Paypal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that we have completed work for you. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted for commissioning us again and added to the beware community. The 50% deposit is NONREFUNDABLE. Cancellations are non-reversible. Refunds will be given on a monthly basis, of at least $150 or an agreed repayment rate. Refunds are often a huge blow to us and our business, please understand. We will do our best to accommodate your needs. We have the right to finish canceled projects anyway we choose for personal use, or to sell upon completion. No refunds are offered after the project is completed.
Copyright/Usage Policy
We (The artists of High Valley Creations), claim full rights to the produced product, not the buyer. Therefore we are allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to promote ourselves on our website and social media. The buyer is allowed to use the commissioned piece for personal use unless agreed otherwise (you can upload it on all your social media profiles, forums, etc), print the artwork and claim the character as your own but not the artwork itself, use the artwork to promote themselves but must give us credit when you post it. The following is considered copyright infringement: claiming the artwork as your own or removing our logo from the product. We reserve full rights to the image and its use/distribution unless otherwise agreed upon.
Customer Satisfaction
We will do everything we can (within reason) to make our customers happy! If you have a problem with anything in regards to the commissioned piece, please tell us right away so we can find a solution together. If you do not want us to post your commissioned piece anywhere, we can discuss this.

BY MAKING YOUR FIRST PAYMENT, YOU HEREBY AGREE AND ARE BOUND TO ALL THE TERMS.
LATE PAYMENTS ARE NOT TOLERATED.
